About Cody Bowman

My name is Cody I’m 37 and I decide to go back to school for criminal justice after being on the other side of the law. I had a rough patch in my life A few years back and decided that I wasn’t happy so I went back to school. I started out at ivy tech studying criminal justice and then also switched my degree to a general studies degree. When I graduate in December I will have 2 degrees one in general studies and one in criminal justice. With my degrees I haven’t decided on a career path yet i’m not sure if I want to go into correctional officer or being a probation officer. When I started I wanted to be able to get back to the community like the others in my past have given to me but I’m also working full-time as a warehouse manager for a building contractors store. I’ve been thinking about trying to move up in the company as a salesman and that’s where my general studies degree might come in handy.
