About Cody Broughton

Experienced Supply Chain and Asset Management professional with almost a decade of cross-functional leadership in global logistics, inventory strategy, and critical component lifecycle management. Currently driving transformation at Zimmer Biomet, where I lead regional operations supporting $300M+ in annual supply. I’ve delivered significant cost savings, raised fulfillment KPIs, and led a team through complex, high-impact initiatives that balance speed, scalability, and resiliency. Passionate about solving complex operational challenges, building data-informed supply networks, and leading with curiosity and impact. While I’ve valued my time and growth in my current role, I’m open to exploring new challenges where I can bring meaningful value, lead bigger programs, and continue growing in a purpose-driven environment. Always open to connecting with professionals across tech, healthcare, or advanced manufacturing — whether for advice, opportunity, or ideas.
