I am a certified Project Management Professional with experience ranging from automotive manufacturing to tech and entertainment as well as ecommerce. I have spent my career in hybrid, waterfall, and agile environments helping to bridge gaps between teams and facilitate a collaborative work environment. I hold three certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP). My core competencies include process development, risk management, timeline management, and communications and organization. I excel at organizing tasks and teams, making efficient use of time and resources, and delivering quality results. I am also skilled at written and spoken communication, and I often receive praise and consultation on how to best approach customers and vendors. My passion is to make tasks more efficient by streamlining processes and establishing consensus on how work is done. I am not one for taking credit or pointing fingers, I only want the job done as right as it can be and lessons learned from our mistakes.
