In my current role as Director of Operations & Executive Assistant to the CEO at Anchor, I oversee daily workflows across multiple clinics, manage executive communications, coordinate complex scheduling and travel, and support cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency. Previously, at UC Davis Health, I led key projects in Radiology Research—handling budget development, NIH compliance, and multi-stakeholder coordination. Throughout my career, I’ve developed deep expertise in medical billing, healthcare systems, project execution, and team development—all with a focus on delivering thoughtful, high-quality support in dynamic, people-driven environments.
