About Cody Dickensheets

With over five years of experience in maintenance roles, I am a mechanical maintenance expert who leads the maintenance function at Spartech LLC, a leading manufacturer of engineered thermoplastics. I am passionate about ensuring reliability and performance of equipment in support of production goals, as well as driving plant safety initiatives and fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the organization, having worked in different industries and environments, such as automotive, battery, and packaging. As a Maintenance Manager, I direct and lead a team of technicians and contractors, and manage all aspects of the maintenance operation, including budgeting, planning, scheduling, training, and reporting. I also oversee all capital projects and ensure their timely and quality execution. Some of my recent achievements include implementing a robust maintenance software system, creating and implementing SOPs for all routine maintenance tasks, and completing a large electrical upgrade project. I utilize my skills in PLC diagnosis, electrical circuits, drives, and mechanical tasks, as well as my knowledge of SAP, RSLogix, and Studio to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise.
