I’m a licensed pharmacist in MO and KS, and co-owner of an independent retail pharmacy in Greenfield, MO where I serve as Pharmacist-In-Charge (PIC). I formulate blends of cannabinoids and terpenoids from hemp into patient products, and am involved in the clinical process of counseling and guiding patients using cannabis as medicine, specifically. My wife (Allison Freeze, PharmD, RPh) and I have formulated, filed (2018) and received approval (2020) on a topical CBD and terpene-infused cream product. This creates a healthy offspring, having the hybrid-vigor necessary for massive weight gain, as well as lean and clean grass fed beef for consumers. The heifers we raise have been selected over many years through local genetic culling - “Either we raised them, or the neighbor did.” We know their strengths and have bred weakness out through careful phenotypic selection over tens of generations. The cows are generally somewhat resistant to fescue endophyte toxicity, and somewhat resistant to other local/native state noxious weeds, depending on their locale of origin. I manage the cows, that manage the product of the soil, on the land I own with the rain I get. I rotate the cows across cool season perennial grass/mixed legume paddocks for a regenerative land management technique. The rest in days on “off” paddocks creates deeply rooted perennials in the cherty silt loam and red loam hills and gentle slopes. The soil can rest in an “off rotation”, banking a great deal of organic matter (carbon-rich). Heavy, carbon rich soils are pretty resistant to erosion, and the deep roots also help with less cattle foot traffic. I have shown on data collected from my farm, this improves nearly every aspect of the general soil test from the MU “Mizzou” Ag Extension. I have collected and samples on years of data. Improvements are great. I also know much about hemp cultivation, as well as indoor hydroponic and soil growing. This includes other common garden crops in an indoor/urban setting(s). I have a strong self-taught agronomy-based and a solid soil science background.
