I’m a people-first leader with 10+ years of experience helping teams grow, navigate change, and deliver great results. I believe in leading with compassion, building trust, and creating real growth opportunities — and I’m proud to have helped many of my team members step into new roles, from support functions to team leads, and from team leads to trainers and beyond.I started out in retail management, sharpening my skills in sales, visual merchandising, and leading multi-department teams — plus pulling off the opening of new stores in high-pressure, fast-paced environments, while maintaining the highest brand standards possible.In 2020, I took a leap and pivoted into Mortgage Servicing. Now, I head up our customer contact center, where my team handles everything from calls and emails to chats. Along the way, I’ve led or been involved in projects that have transformed the customer experience — like revamping our IVR, migrating customers to a new servicing platform, launching an AI chatbot, and reimagining how we connect with borrowers through text, email, and calls.I’m passionate about making things simpler, smarter, and better — for customers and for the people doing the work. I thrive in spaces where people, process, and technology come together to create something great.
