My fitness journey began at sixteen when I started competing and coaching in CrossFit. This path led me to compete in two CrossFit Games and numerous competitions worldwide. Over time, I realized my passion extended beyond performance—it was about building a community and helping people make health and wellness the foundation of a happier, longer life. I'm motivated by the opportunity to create a meaningful impact. For me, success isn’t measured by individual achievements, but by empowering others and fostering genuine connections. I believe fitness and longevity should fuel growth—not just physically, but in all aspects of life. Helping lead pliability feels much like competing—adapting to change, finding creative solutions, and turning challenges into opportunities. I’m fortunate to work alongside a team that shares this mindset and is dedicated to delivering better products and experiences for our community.
