I am an experienced Sales and Sales Support Manager with deep expertise in the high-performance plastics industry. I have deployed my technical know-how and customer-centric sales approach in Japan, and I currently leverage a multilateral perspective to share optimal solutions across both Japan and the U.S.At Sodick Co, Ltd. in Japan for five years, I focused on selling injection molding machines for high-performance resins (such as PPS and specialty nylon) to Tier-1 automotive suppliers within the Toyota supply chain.My sales approach was not merely about minimizing upfront costs. I emphasized the machine’s unique characteristics and process optimization to deliver long-term cost advantages and superior performance to customers, supporting them in gaining sustainable price competitiveness.By sharing and deeply understanding my customers’ challenges, I helped them improve their processes and made significant contributions.Currently, I serve as Sales Support Manager at Plustech, Inc. in the U.S. I provide technical-sales support, customer trials, and strategic guidance to national and global accounts.My philosophy is to treat customer challenges as my own—and to partner with them in driving continuous improvement and innovation.On a personal note, I bring a strong team mindset from my athletic background: I played rugby in high school (winning national championships) and college, where I was selected twice as a candidate for the 7s National Team.
