About Cody Roll

Experienced Operations and Production Manager with a strong background in industrial chemicals, oilfield operations, and electrical systems. My career began as an oilfield electrician, where I gained hands-on experience wiring control systems, building automation panels, and working with VFD and SCADA panels and full well site installs. I then joined Halliburton, gaining valuable experience in frac operations, chemical handling, and teamwork in demanding environments. Those years gave me the technical foundation and respect for safety that carried through every step of my career. From there, I moved into Drilling — starting as a Floorhand and earning my way up to Motorman and Derrickhand. The rig is where I truly learned discipline, leadership, and how to keep complex systems running under pressure. I gained a deep understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems while managing the pace, precision, and safety that rig life demands. That hands-on experience still defines the way I lead today. After my years in the oilfield, I built and ran my own business as a Custom LED High-Bay Lighting Manufacturing company. Running my own company sharpened my problem-solving, organization, and leadership skills.Today, I manage operations and production at Precision Dynamics Inc, overseeing chemical manufacturing, quality control, the manufacturing process, research and development, and production. I take pride in staying hands-on, improving systems, and ensuring every job meets the same high standards I learned on the rig — safe, efficient, and done right the first time.
