About Cody Schlecht

I am an extremely goal orientated individual. Family, career, and a healthy work life balance are of the utmost importance to me. My most recent accomplishments include entering a new field of work in wholesale. Starting as an entry-level warehouse worker, to quickly growing into a warehouse team lead, into the warehouse manager, I was able to not only meet, but exceed all previous sales numbers, while reducing overhead costs by roughly 30%. This was achieved by improving organization, communication, team morale, and overall improvements to the workflow of the warehouse. Even now as I have grown within the company, the warehouse continues to grow and reap the benefits of the systems I had incorporated. As I moved into my current role as a Sales Administration Manager I continue to learn and build my skillset. Always looking to improve myself and the company I work for. I continue to strive, not for perfection, but for personal and professional improvement. Only by accepting that perfection can never be achieved can we realize our true potential of boundless growth and develope everlasting achievements in not only our careers, but in our lives. A personal passion of mine is emotional intelligence and maturity through the constant study of psychology. I feel that by being able to better understand myself, and those around me, I am better equipped to assist, support, and build my fellow person. Success to me is achieved through the continual support and growth of my fellow teammates, not through personal achievement.
