Prior to the founding of Rhino Building Services, Inc, Mr. Sears was the CEO and Founder of The Models Only Company, which specialized in the maintenance of Model Homes and sales facilities in developments throughout the county. It remains a subsidiary company of Rhino building Services, Inc. The Models Only Company, Inc. grew into the expanded company today, known as Rhino Building Services, Inc, which specializes in the maintenance of office and medical buildings, pharmaceutical and bio med facilities and other specialized properties throughout San Diego County. Rhino Building Services Inc, is a full service maintenance company providing additional services such as day porters, shopping center maintenance, restoration, and consulting of green materials during construction.
