As a Senior Compensation Analyst, I am passionate about designing and delivering data-driven compensation strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. My experience in leadership, designing sales incentive plans, market benchmarking, job architecture work, and creating simple and aesthetic communications has helped shape me to be a go-to partner for our team. I often find myself trying to solve complex business problems, tell stories utilizing data, and ensure our team members and company is set up for success.
