About Cody Stickman

As a leader in aeromedical evacuation operations with the US Army, my expertise in crisis and emergency management has been pivotal in ensuring the safety and efficiency of missions in multiple locations worldwide. With a strong leadership background, I've overseen the training and deployment of personnel, maintaining operational readiness for 15 helicopters and their crews. We have successfully executed medical missions worldwide, supporting thousands of personnel across diverse and challenging environments. My role extends beyond operational leadership to strategic medical planning, where I've fostered robust partnerships with local agencies and hospitals, enhancing our aeromedical capabilities across the US. As I complete my Master's in Emergency/Disaster Management, my goal is to leverage my military experience and education to contribute to an organization committed to excellence in emergency services and global humanitarian support.
