A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way."- John C. Maxwell I have received a degree in Accounting, Business Management, and Organizational Leadership. I have held multiple leadership positions thus far in my career that has allowed me to grow and learn for future endeavors. These leadership positions consist of President of Kappa Alpha Fraternity as well as the Ritualist and Scholarship Chair, Event Coordinator and Community Outreach Coordinator for the Owensboro Chapter of the U.S. Bank Development Network, and recently interned with the Kentucky Mavericks that dealt with being in charge of Game Day Operations. My short term career goal is to enter into a minor management role (Supervisor, Assistant Manager, Director, etc) where I can develop the skills needed to transition into a higher management position. The long term career goal is to accept a position that will allow me to lead and inspire other co-workers to help reach annual company goals that will improve our organization and rise above competitors.
