Connect: westfred6@gmail.com Generally, I excel at finding what is broken and introduce holistic solutions to turn things around. I am well versed in creative problem solving, project management, and cross-functional team collaboration. I turn to analytics for fact-based decision-making to avoid missteps and maximize results. I’m also… - Highly Attuned to people: I understand and align individual perspective to differentiate the way I support diverse customer populations, providing the highest level of service while building long-term relationships- Able to Identify Opportunity: My early career was in project and product management, so I understand customer service from the business side, delivering unique perspective and insight to operational strategy- Maintain Relationships: I build relationships that can broaden operational reach, helping to scale revenue and business. I think that knowing how to communicate and connect with people is essential. I am a firm believer that trust, likeability, and confidence are also cornerstones to developing relationships. I use a tailored approach to presenting complex ideas and solutions when speaking with leadership teams and clients, always keeping their particular understanding, interest, and expertise in mind. These core assets have helped me to create structure in ambiguity.
