I am convinced that true leadership is as successful as the people you influence. My desire is to be known, always, as one that challenges the process; that influences and undergirds people; that treats leadership as stewardship; and brings a level of dedication that exceeds solutions… inspiring growth. I hold to the belief that there is a logical baseline for every situation, both in life and in business. Being analytical and philosophical, I strive to identify core elements that add value to any outcome. Anything has purpose, any circumstance, any strategy, any success….Purpose, is, my baseline. Strategic analysis, detail integrations, and relevant application of goals and strategies are core competencies that I utilize on a daily basis giving success through the following business components- Concurrent Design - Project Management - Strategic Financial Solutions – Cost and Management Accounting - Data and Market Analysis – Decision making in Complex-Technology Based Company - Knowledge Management - Integration of Technological Strategies with Business Strategies In short, I hold my career experiences in a world where technology and the day-to-day business practices are intertwined. There-in lies our greatest challenge, a challenge to raise the bar, to curb against complacency, and to strive for true, maturing of applicable solutions. As stated by Thomas M.
