Hello! Welcome to my LinkedIn profile - I'm currently working as a Customer Success Manager specifically in advertising solutions. I've got marketing experience in real estate, publication, senior living, and general ad agency work. I've got certifications in web design and graphic design principles. Outside of my current role, I work from time to time as a freelance designer / illustrator. I do quite a bit of writing and perform regularly in the Windy City. All that to say - I work well with clients and am able to clearly communicate ideas through written and verbal communication. Thanks to my experience with theatre, I have a very "the show must go on" mentality - which helps me pivot and collaborate with team members to make sure we deliver projects on time, under budget, and with satisfaction from both clients and the the team!
