I specialize in helping organizations transition to and fully leverage the great capabilities of Microsoft Office 365, particularly with SharePoint Online, Yammer, Microsoft Teams, Groups, Delve and more. I am also well versed in Office 365 identity setup and licensing. Additionally, I am an expert in OpenText Content Server, Shinydrive. I am most effective collaborating with executive leaders to understand organization goals to provide a roadmap for short, medium and long term direction in collaboration, communication, information management, and business automation requirements. I excel at efficient workshop facilitation ensuring that the right people are at the table for a successful project. I am passionate about ensuring that my clients get real business benefit from the technology they use. That's why I also guide my clients in the adoption and change management efforts. My consulting experience includes organizations large and small, from multi-national corporations, mid-size government organisations to rapidly expanding start-ups. I have also led teams of consultants and developers to carry out complex projects in demanding environments.
