About Cody Zites

Imagine a puzzle. You begin with a blank slate. A problem with seemingly no guidance on where to begin, you begin matching pieces one by one. As the picture becomes more clear, the pieces begin to come together until, after hours of trial-and-error and pondering, the very problem you wish to solve becomes whole; complete. How satisfying. Professionally, I approach problem-solving the same way. A mess of pieces on a table is just the beginning. It's an empty canvas where, I believe, just getting started is admirable. The human experience is so unique in that mistakes, though hard to swallow, are frequent. The same is true for the puzzle. Sometimes, to progress, taking a step back and taking inventory of what went well and what didn't is necessary to gain clarity on the circumstances we find ourselves in. Finally, like the puzzle, there is a solution and often times no single best way of getting to the end. Puzzles, I feel, are best solved with others. I wholeheartedly believe collaboration is crucial to reaching an end goal. Malcolm Gladwell writes "we have, as human beings, a storytelling problem. We're a bit too quick to come up with explanations for things we don't really have an explanation for." Human beings simply don't have the whole puzzle solved. I aspire to help put the pieces together through a rational, patient, and holistic approach to problem-solving. Let's pick up the pieces and get to work! Let's talk! I am happy to meet and discuss your aspirations and mine. Interests-Reading and Collecting Books -Running/Cycling -Soccer
