Background
About Colbie MacAdam
As a Recruiter, I leverage my expertise in SaaS and software recruitment to source and attract diverse and top-tier talent using boolean search strings, LinkedIn recruiter, and a sourcing playbook that I created and implemented. I also manage candidate and hiring manager expectations through the hiring process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all parties. I'm passionate about cultivating strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers, and I use data-backed recruiting insights to provide recommendations and gain buy-in on recruiting process improvements. I also lead weekly meetings with recruiting, hiring managers, and other cross-functional teams to align on recruiting forecasts, strategies, and forward-looking priorities. I'm motivated by helping great candidates find their ideal career opportunities.
