Accomplished, results-oriented Automation Controls Engineer with a passion for innovation and efficiency; ready to apply versatile knowledge and technical skillset. Strong understanding of control systems, programming, and mechanical concepts with a natural talent for creative solutions to complex problems. Proven track record of developing and implementing sophisticated control algorithms and motion planning techniques for a diverse range of Automated Work Cells. Recent projects include multiple palletizing systems both with and without Fanuc PalletPRO software implementation. A Lead ingot De-Drossing Work cell using Robotic Line Tracking. And an adhesive filter assembly cell using both vision and hot glue dispensing equipment. In addition to my wide range of technical proficiency I bring with me the intangible skills that I acquired while serving as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps. During my time in service, I achieved the rank of Sergeant in under 3 years and successfully lead Marines on two Combat Deployments. On top of my team leading responsibilities, I was a technical expert in both the Javelin and Saber Missile Launch Platforms which required both maintaining and implementing these highly sophisticated systems in hazardous and austere environments with little to no supervision. When I was not deployed I attended and honorably graduated from numerous leadership schools, giving me the unique ability to organize teams and accomplish tasks in the most efficient manner possible. With my experience and immense knowledge of PLC and Robotic programming, team oriented background, and a constant desire to learn and improve; I will be a force multiplier to any organization.
