About Cole Hendricks

My name is Cole Hendricks and I am an Impact Manager at Eye to Eye National. Eye to Eye is a national award-winning mentorship program. As an Impact Manager, I motivate and provide training and supervision for Program Coordinators on program management, group facilitation skills, stakeholder relations, and student coaching. This role requires establishing overall annual program goals and initiatives, while managing ongoing projects for content development, program outcomes, and stakeholder experience. Programs require the development of new curriculum, coaching students and teachers for implementation, and facilitating workshops during the year and at our annual conference. I am passionate about building and managing programs that help people develop or have access to the tools they need to reach their fullest potential. My goal is to continue to learn about adult development and learning technology. I received a B.S. in Animal Agribusiness from Purdue University.
