About Cole Johnson

My education in economics has developed my abilities to interact with complex systems and solutions. My recent internship as a Business Process Analyst with United HealthCare challenged me to learn a new industry and team structure in order to analyze where a pharmacy segment could improve their operations. I leaned on my education and experience to ask the right questions and learn the system quickly. My final presentation gave leadership the data and direction needed to enhance efficiency in their teams’ workflows. This improved their ability to expand into new regions and respond to a rapidly changing drug market. This project refined my skills in self-reliance and project management whilst giving me an inside look at how a world-leading corporation operates. The skills I have established through my education and experience have made me an agile learner and I am confident I can add value in a future role.
