I love problems a little too much.The more complex the better - I like to dash toward the most complex knots and the hardest decisions. If it's easy to solve, it's solved already and you don't need me. These problems need to found, which takes detective work - reading between the lines in conversations, finding the real story in a mass of data, investigating and understanding today's baseline solutions. Then we get to solve. Complication is easy to create, so I don't like it. My angle is as simple as possible and no simpler. Create a clear vision, then deliver one step at a time with real concrete value along each step.Once we find messy problems and create clean solutions, we're ready to connect people with the outcomes they're looking for. We measure success, tweak and refine, then keep moving forward.Then - if we're lucky - we might find another hard problem.
