About Cole Lavallee

I am a Field Manager at GardaWorld, a leading security services company, where I assist with managing over 50 sites and contracted hours. I also oversee a flex program of 60-100 officers, conduct officer and site inspections, and coach and counsel staff. I have a strong background in security, having worked as a Security Supervisor for Gardaworld and Condor Security of America, where I handled various hospital, federal, and truck lot duties. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Forensic Psychology at Purdue University Global, with an interest in Psychology and criminal behavior. In my recent roles, I have demonstrated my communication and crisis intervention skills, as well as my ability to provide excellent customer service and use verbal judo to deescalate situations. I have also contributed to revamping doctrine, establishing a safe and desirable workplace, and instructing CPR classes to ensure safety on site. I am motivated by learning new things, solving problems, and helping others. I value teamwork, diversity, and integrity, and I believe I can bring a unique perspective and experience to the organization.
