Hello! I am currently pursuing my Master’s of Science in Public Health in Ireland as a Fulbright Scholar researching traumatic birth outcomes for Irish mothers and the importance of informed consent in maternal care. I am deeply committed to improving health outcomes for underserved populations. I worked in Washington, DC at the Developing Brain Institute at Children's National Hospital as the lead coordinator on a large maternal health study for low-income Black mothers and babies to improve perinatal outcomes and reduce barriers to comprehensive maternal health care. I will begin medical school at Johns Hopkins this fall. I graduated from Harvard with a Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience in 2023. I have been fortunate to conduct research on novel pharmacological treatments for depression, ultra-rare neurodegenerative disorders, and glioblastoma stem cell treatment resistance.
