Experienced professional in personal training, strength and conditioning, and client-centered program design, with a passion for helping individuals achieve peak physical performance and overall well-being. I specialize in developing and implementing personalized training plans tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client, ranging from weightlifting techniques to functional fitness and injury prevention strategies. My hands-on experience includes working with diverse populations, conducting one-on-one and group training sessions, and providing expert guidance on performance optimization and recovery. I am ISSA-certified in Personal Training, Strength and Conditioning, and T3 High-Intensity Interval Training, giving me a comprehensive skill set to support clients in achieving their health and fitness goals. In addition to my personal training expertise, I have coached and managed basketball camps and clinics, honing my skills in leadership, communication, and program management. I hold a Master’s degree in Coaching and Sport Performance and a Bachelor’s degree in Sport and Exercise Science, both of which have equipped me with a deep understanding of biomechanics, kinesiology, and effective client engagement strategies. I am now looking to bring my expertise into the field of orthopedic medical device sales, where my background in performance training, recovery techniques, and relationship-building can contribute to improving patient outcomes and supporting healthcare professionals.
