My role is to effectively assist with testing and qualifying software that is put on Hurco's CNC machines around the world to help make parts into chips. Through hands-on testing, as well as communication directly with the software and mechanical engineers continually making improvements to these machines, I help to make sure the customer and operator of the machines are able to navigate the control and cut their parts with ease and confidence knowing that me and our SSE team will support them along the way with software issues or questions they may have.
