Passionate builder turned entrepreneur, I thrive on the challenge of creating something from the ground up. My journey began in construction, where I quickly transitioned from carpentry to construction management, completing my apprenticeship 12 months early. While in construction, my entrepreneurial spirit led me to my first investment property at age 21 A true serial entrepreneur, I delved into property development at 24, overseeing my own projects and built a portfolio growing it to 36 rentals properties in the affordable housing sector. Amidst construction and property investment, I co-founded the award-winning Dumbo Melbourne cafe in 2016, a stylish New York-style space that garnered acclaim from various publications. Including broadsheet, Epicure and voted top 20 cafes in Melbourne by the Australian Good Food Guide (Melbourne said to be the coffee capital of the world) After a fulfilling career in construction, real estate investing, and travel, I embraced my lifelong dream of becoming a full-time entrepreneur. Merging my love for design, creativity, and sustainability, I co-founded MonTen Soda – a venture dedicated to providing an affordable sparkling water maker without compromising on style or kitchen space. My experience managing projects exceeding $25 million, with procurement as a crucial aspect of my role, uniquely positions me to plan and execute strategic initiatives for MonTen Soda. While the soda business may seem distant from construction, my extensive background in construction management and 15 years in property investment equipped me with invaluable skills.
