I am a seasoned Senior Executive with a diverse business background. My 30+ years of experience has given me an entrepreneurial approach to business with a focus on high end marketing and analytics. I do whatever it takes to get the job done and get it done the right way. I have been told many times that something would not work, but through perseverance I succeeded and made a difference. Here are some of my accomplishments: • As a VP of Sales & Marketing, I doubled my sales goals year after year for 7 years. We took the company public and we were the highest performing IPO of the year. • I directed several creative marketing programs, resulting in a spike in sales and creating demand for previously unknown or unwanted software products. • I owned a large Boutique, Spa & Salon for 8 years that managed to survive during one of the worst economies when other businesses were leaving or shutting their doors, including 9 businesses in my shopping center alone. • I developed a unique business partner initiative for employees to “buy in” to an ownership position. My clients and business associates know me as someone who will not give up and will provide full transparency on ALL details & disclosures. I help others understand and appreciate all their options when they have an important decision to make. • I ask the right questions. • I follow a defined process to provide the best service & help my clients achieve their goals. • I have relentless energy to open & validate new options in serving my clients. • I know what’s important to families. I have 5 children, whom I am extremely proud of. I’ve been told I have an extra dose of common sense. I am able to take complex information or concepts and make them understandable. I understand all sides of the business process. I will use these qualities to help my present & future clients sell or find their dream home. I will track trends, manage key resources and be fully transparent to make sure their priorities with homeownership or real estate investment goals are achieved.
