Background

About Coleton Dopp

As an Enterprise Applications Analyst, I lead enterprise-wide reporting strategy and support application solutions across all departments. I specialize in streamlining data systems, building scalable reporting frameworks, and driving cross-functional collaboration to align technical solutions with organizational goals. With a background in database design and years of hands-on experience spanning IT infrastructure, business intelligence, and SaaS migration projects, I’ve developed a reputation for being the go-to problem solver — adapting quickly to new platforms, coding environments, and evolving business needs. In 2024, I was honored with Employee of the Year recognition for my leadership in reporting, innovation in application support, and impact across departments. Currently, I serve as the lead on all institutional reporting initiatives while supporting a broad range of application and data projects — from cloud ERP migrations and data integration to customized dashboards and PDF reporting tools. I also coordinate the work of technical support staff and contribute to long-term system documentation and sustainability planning.
