In this chapter of my career, I am looking for a remote position, there are lots of opportunities that are outside of CT and I am a global person. I enjoy working with people from other countries like Canada, Mexico, Spain and Australia. I would like to get the opportunity to try on another contract remote position reach out to speak with me you might just find the person for that job opportunity that you haven't been able to find. As a veteran of Customer Service in many shapes for more than 20 plus years, I want to educate and provide the tools needed to help my clients get back to moving the project and process forward! I should also note that IF I can find the right company in CT, I am flexible and would consider that and vice versa. Customer Service is key in business, but sadly this skill is extremely degraded in the current market. I find that companies are not teaching the new generation of CSR's to properly assist the client/customer. It should be noted that Customer Service/Sales are one in the same source a great CSR knows how to engage the customer and enlighten them to what services are available as well as more work tools coming down the pike. A great customer service representative basic of a clients should be based on the old adage of listening and using common sense! When we to get back to this format by asking the client to take a breath, remember to acknowledge their problem, and confirm that you were able to take one item off their to do list you WILL make their day better, less stressful and more likely to see help as its needed. Just a thought.
