My name is Colette Burton; I am currently an intern at The Carlyle Group as a Service Desk Analyst Intern. I assist internal customers in the office with Windows 10 desk set- ups and desk side assistance. I am a current student at Year Up where I have gained knowledge on hardware, software, networking, and tech support. I have acquired six months of experience as a Service Desk Analyst Intern and six months experience in Learning and developing phase in a competitive workforce program called Year Up. I’d be a great fit for Service Desk because I have an optimistic approach to problem solving, collaborative team spirit, and going above to make sure the customer is satisfied. I have received numerous awards in my first year of working with Year Up as Well as The Army and Air Force Services. I am interested in a help desk position that is looking for someone who has great customer skills, technical support, and is a critical thinker. I can provide all three.
