I am a knowledgeable and creative business professional with over 15 years of marketing experience and hold a Bachelor of Management (major in Marketing) from the University of Lethbridge. I am bilingual in English and French. After University, I moved to Vancouver, BC where I worked for a little over a year in customer service. I moved back to my home province of Saskatchewan for the next 6 years where I worked in Saskatoon for Hitachi Canadian Industries in the sales and marketing department, followed by the tech company Vecima Networks. As a Marketing & Promotions Specialist at Vecima, I learned about business to business (B2B) product marketing and honed my creativity and branding knowledge to create compelling product brochures, tradeshow signage, print and online ads and email campaigns. I am meticulous when it comes to attention to details. I relocated to Edmonton, AB in 2011 and started working for Child Development Dayhomes, a child care agency. My experience in business to consumer (B2C) service marketing has since grown. Some of my tasks include managing Google Adwords campaigns, website redesign and administration, tracking leads and identifying trends and patterns on Google Analytics, creating and maintaining content for social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter), maintaining Google My Business, creating visually appealing brochures, pamphlets and ads, and compiling the monthly newsletter. I am also the administrator of the company's document management software, Docuware, and am experienced at organizing document cabinets, creating forms, tasks, workflows, as well as trouble shooting issues. I am open to networking opportunities that allow me to expand my knowledge base and evolve as a business professional.
