Currently leading the HCM Team through the complete lifecycle implementing Oracle Cloud to a Global workforce. Managing the team and client through the design, build, test to Go live. Ensuing Implementation of Oracle Recruitment Cloud, Core HR, Absence, Performance, Security, Project Resourcing modules. Also responsible for HCM Data Migration, validate and load. Key skill set managing client expectations and their understanding of route to go live, supporting business process design and change management. I am an experienced Oracle Lead Consultant specialising in the Oracle HCM suite of products, with over 19 years’ experience consulting and leading project delivery working through the full lifecycle of phases from business case development to delivery and support into live production. I have very strong understanding of HR business processes and how these link to the Oracle HCM product. I have managed large teams of consultants to deliver large scale cross government integrated Oracle solutions and have been responsible for HCM, OLM, System Administration, and Data Migration and cutover deliverables. I mentor/train new HCM Oracle Graduates, and have a post graduate diploma in personal management (CIPD)Level 7. I have been managing people and teams throughout my career, I have excellent people management skills, demonstrated by successful implementations with a team that has been both motivated and committed to a successful delivery from the outset. I am continually at the forefront of change and relish in the challenges this brings I am comfortable working with programme and project managers working to and reporting against plans, including using appropriate risk and assumption-based methodologies. I have frequently taken on role as project manager and lead business analyst. I am able to both produce and interpret both project management documentation as well business and technical specification documents I understand the concept of effective document control and can adapt to both waterfall and Agile projects. Due to my HR knowledge coupled with my system knowledge I am able to effectively analyse/impact change end to end. My extensive knowledge/experience enables a holistic view when analysing HR policy/best practice, existing business processes, user impacts and system implications. I can provide workable IT solutions and costs.
