My passion for relationship building and customer satisfaction has led me to achieve multiple awards and recognition throughout my career, including the Deal of the Year award and the President's Club Winner's Circle at SAP Concur, where I led innovative account management strategies and deepened client relationships. I was also nominated for the Star of Excellence award for the successful roll out of Manulife's travel and expense solution, where I was responsible for contract management, operational strategies, and policy compliance.
