Building upon the prior year’s success, YTD the team are forecasted to achieve 120% of their new partner onboarding goal. • Within first three months, built a global PDR team capable of accepting immediate requests to perform intake and onboarding activities for all WWPS partners. Communicated strategic guidance to document and develop asset of standard best-practices (utilized globally), after proactively identifying gaps in partner onboarding. • Created a first-of-its-kind partner tracking report to measure partner completion of the onboarding content and collaborated with WWPS Partner Programs Manager to develop the PS Navigate tracks, which have since become the most widely consumed partner tracks since their inception in Q2, 2021. • Worked alongside reporting SMEs to create a routing rule to ensure all PS partners were correctly routed to her team. This simple fix to a complex problem resulted in 388 opportunities valued at $74M ARR being attributed to the PS partner business.
