I have 35 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Inventory Control and Accounting. I have a diverse work history letting me pull knowledge from a vast array of encounters. My background also reflects my conscientious determination to outperform expectations. Additional strengths include: • Collaborative Communication: At heart, I am a problem solver and a fixer. To resolve problems and meet company goals, I serve as liaison to multiple teams – accounting, purchasing, production, scheduling and transportation – to make sure everyone is on the same page. I forge strong relationships with internal and external partners and; when needed; build bridges between them. • Team Training & Development: Whether the company is an established organization or a start-up, companies thrive when the synergy created by a cohesive team lifts everyone to the next level. Sustainable success occurs when individuals are accountable, well trained and able to teach others to meet consistently high standards of accuracy and efficiency. • Accounting: Having accurate date in order to forecast an organizations growth is imperative to success. Procurement must work closely with accounting to ensure that quality product is purchased within the budget. Cost savings is always a goal to be met. • Supply Chain Management: Inventory control is the hub of most businesses. Too much inventory and the bottom line suffers; too little and customer satisfaction suffers. Quality supply chain management brings together the efforts of sales, purchasing, production and accounting, which will optimize bottom line performance.
