With over three decades of experience in the hospitality industry, I am a skilled leader and hotel Operational, Technical Services and Asset Management expert. My previous role saw me as a Director of the StayWell Middle East entity, responsible for managing the existing ME portfolio whilst also developing the StayWell brands across the Middle East and Africa. This global hotel management company, which is part of Prince Hotels and Resorts, oversees more than 120 hotels, resorts, and projects around the world. Throughout my career, I have consistently delivered exceptional results and exceeded expectations in areas such as hotel openings, hotel multi brand operations, Technical Services on many existing under development hotels as well as asset management across the Group. I have a deep understanding of hotel business dynamics across the globe and have built a strong network and close relationships with hotel owners, developers, investors and associates alike. My passion lies in operating with brand consciousness, profitability whilst driving growth and excellence for StayWell and its shareholders while promoting innovation, diversity, and sustainability. Personnel development is another key passion of mine and the aim is to create long term career paths for all of our associates.
