With over 20 years of experience working as a Point of Sale Consultant and Systems Specialist I bring a highly developed skill set in issue resolution, project management, operational management, implementation, training and consultation as well as Retail System Architect. Having worked with hundreds of retailers in North America and around the world I have successfully managed large, high profile Projects and Implementations, working closely with all levels from employees through to management and ownership. With a solid foundation and skill set in technology prior to working in the retail industry I have developed a client focused perspective that is anchored by my attention to detail, problem solving skills and ability to actively listen. I can bring the full end to end process for Point of Sale, from lead generation to going live along with a continual relationship through the life cycle of any client.
