Background

About Colin Bates

I work with progressive businesses across the UK. As their audit partner, I seek to draw on my experience over the last 25 years, to help them build value, create wealth and realise their ambitions. I have worked with globally leading and cutting edge organisations, through periods of rapid growth, international expansion, M&A and ultimately to exit - IPOs or sale to financial or trade buyers. A good listener, a caring attitude, combined with a hands on and commercial approach, means that I develop long term and trusted relationships. My clients have taken me and my teams to all corners of the world including frontier and developing markets. Having studied Physics back in the early 1990s, I have a passion for businesses which have technology at their heart, such as robotics or AI, and using technology to improve customer experiences, driving ESG impact or improve the effectiveness of internal processes. I am Audit Markets Leader for the region which means I can bring the best of the PwC to you and your business. If you would like to speak, do get in touch at colin.bates@pwc.com
