I help organisations in the marketing, digital and data space solve one of their toughest challenges: finding and keeping the talent who actually move needles. For 20+ years at Blue Pelican, I’ve been recruiting experienced and senior hires - for pre-launch start-ups who have gone on to become market leads and Series A start-ups building their first marketing functions, through to global corporates rethinking how data powers their decisions. What makes the difference? Speed without compromise: we’ve cut time-to-hire by weeks compared to industry averages, even for niche skill sets. Some of our recent data shows average time to hire for unplanned appointments being delivered in weeks rather than months (when compared to in-house) Market insight: because we focus so deeply on marketing, digital and data, we know who’s good, who’s moving, and what it takes to attract them. Ethics first: I started here after seeing too many recruiters prioritise fees over people. Our model is simple: do the right thing, for clients and candidates. The rest follows.
