FMCG Professional with 30 years experience working with and leading High Performing Teams. I have worked in the UK & Ireland Grocery Industry for 25 years gaining extensive Sales and Commercial experience in a wide range of categories dealing with the Major Multiples and Independents. Currently I am employed by Moy Park as Head of Business Development. Previously I have worked at Moy Park for nearly eight years as a Senior Commercial Manager.During that time I managed Tesco UK for four years and then spent a further four years managing the Irish Business & in conjunction with a major UK Discounter. I have major experience managing Own Label and Branded business. My role is to make the most of the "Opportunity"​ by positioning in the minds of the customer my Company as the "go to" in all categories we compete in, to be a key partner for growth, which in turn will fuel our growth and profitability ambitions. I am good at making teams work by getting people from different disciplines to work together collboratively, and focused. In my current position I work with a number of teams successfully across a multi-sited business.
