About Colin Hald

Business has always had a place in my life. During Highschool, I took as many business classes that I was allowed per semester and was always thinking of what I should do. Then the winter of 2009 hit and I was pretty much handed the opportunity to start my own snow removal company. I handled 35-45 clients at the age of 17. Growing it to over 100 properties in less then two years. I had minor complaints and was always receiving tips for prompt and fulfilled services. After the first winter I started a small lake client service company. In early 2015, I went out on my own from a previous partnership and started Hald Management Group. This group is mostly focused on property management that had four businesses inside of it. The four companies are Lawn Pros, Land Pros, Lake Pros(a lake living solutions company) and Snow Pros. As time went on I started a roofing company and exited out of them in Jan 2020 Through two business sales. My wife, Brooke, and I moved to Dripping Springs, TX and started Elite Contracting Group and our development company Brooke brought wild junkie, her clothing boutique, to Texas also and it’s been a wild success. Today all the companies gross 6-8 million annually with 55-85% growths projected annually for the next few years.
