As an accomplished practitioner in global risk and resilience, I specialise in Travel Risk Management and Security, delivering comprehensive solutions that enable organisations and individuals to operate safely in an increasingly complex and unpredictable world. My passion lies in safeguarding people and assets through proactive risk identification, assessment, and mitigation. Whether supporting staff deployments to high-risk, culture complex environments or overseeing routine business travel, I strive to ensure the highest standards of safety and compliance. My expertise includes developing and implementing travel risk management programmes in alignment with ISO 31030 standards, enabling organisations to meet their duty of care obligations effectively. I have designed and delivered the following courses and programmes: Security Awareness in Fragile Environments (SAFE) Hostile Environment Awareness Training (HEAT) Resilience in Culture Complex Environments (RiCE) Additionally, I have created a comprehensive Travel Risk Management Training Matrix and Policy, setting clear benchmarks for organisational travel safety to align with MOD and FCDO practices. My professional activities encompass pre-trip planning, ISO 31030-aligned gap analyses, travel risk assessments, traveller briefings, implementation of Travel Risk Management (TRM) solutions, undisclosed support services, and post-trip reviews. I excel in stakeholder engagement, collaborating to build robust travel security programmes that address evolving geopolitical threats and ensure operational continuity, including in high-risk scenarios.
