I have now joined Delcon Construction Ltd for a permanent position with the challenges and responsibilities of the large project, working in the high end residential location in London, very high standards of finishes with quality products and trade persons, I share working experience with the company, clients and team organisation. Throughout my career in the building industry both as a company owner and as a Contracts/ Senior Project manager, I have been involved at all levels, and every aspect of construction. I have held a contracts manager role for a number of years, working with projects valuing in-excess of £15 m. I coordinated the projects with the Client and their PM, Architect, Designers, English Heritage, M&E consultants, and visual-audio specialise, lighting specialise, joinery specialise and stone specialise. Working very closely to ensuring a good rapport at all times, and meeting developers and owners needs, above all developing a productive team on site to ensure timely completion of the project to a very high standard. I get great satisfaction in achieving everything I do. Specialities: I strongly believe that I am a person who can contribute a wealth of experience, I am a people person and have a passion for the work I do, Extensive construction knowledge.
