About Colin Jones

I’m a technical and operations leader with 15+ years of experience in aerospace program management, enterprise operations, and facilities leadership. My career has spanned delivering $105M+ in aerospace development and production programs, running multi-million-dollar facilities projects, and supporting a global engineering portfolio worth $180M annually. I currently manage teams that shape the tools, processes, and lifecycle strategies supporting 250+ engineers across multiple product lines. What I’m most passionate about is building strong teams, scaling operations, and solving complex challenges at the enterprise level — whether that’s a new HQ facility, a multi-year avionics program, or a long-range digital roadmap. Strengths I bring: Cross-functional leadership across engineering, operations, IT, and facilities. Large-scale program delivery, including multi-year, multi-site aerospace efforts. Strategic planning and transformation — from 10-year digital enterprise roadmaps to cost-saving facility strategies. People development — mentoring engineers and administrators into strong leaders.
