I have been successfully involved in Sales for over 30 years. During this time, I have sold Timeshare/Vacation Ownership, Real Estate, Financial Investments, Electrical Components and Promotional Merchandise using face to face selling, telesales and outdoor cold marketing/promotion. Some of my achievements include being named top closing Sales Executive Worldwide on two occasions for the Marriott Vacation Club and presenting independent sales seminars from general sales skills to specific in-depth related topics. In my management roles, I have actively set-up, coached and trained sales teams/individuals within these occupational environments that have exceeded set targets. I have the ability to get the very best out of the sales teams both with their attitude and targets. I enjoy pro actively selling, adapting and implementing new sales techniques to cope with changing times. To successfully coach, I believe it is vital to keep these skills fresh.
