I work both as an Executive and Systemic Team Coach for Inspired Leaders, Budding Professionals and Teams to facilitate insights and growth in a business environment that is Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous.(V.U.C.A.) I accompany and facilitate Executives, Teams and Organizations in realising their desired outcomes where we together create the space to dive deep into their resources, outline their true purpose and liberate their potential to perform in a Leadership orientated environment that makes them Resilient, Agile and Innovative (adapted for these troubling times). Having journeyed from Engineering to Consulting, migrated across frontiers and C-Suite functions in International Operational Business Roles, I myself have gained multiple experiences, insights and perspectives related to the challenges of personal and organisational change. This has convinced me of the importance of ASKING- Whether WE are prepared to recognize and accept that WE, our TEAM and the ORGANIZATION may not be performing at our/their true potential- Are we struggling to make sense of the V.U.C.A.(Covid- Related) pivots required by individuals and teams- Are we prepared and ready to deal with exponential change and disruptions? With a thirst for personal development and inner sense of commitment to help others reach their full potential, I have navigated a winding path that has equipped me with multiple experiences, insights and perspectives to reach my “TRUE PURPOSE”.
